Yeah, thanks defense, so happy to be here. Welcome everyone. Hey, this is T Michelle Dixon ceo and founder of 4 to 51 Empowerment and consulting. I'm so excited to bring to you this portion of the show called the conversation piece, it's a spin off of no spin radio, so let me jump right into it. Hey, just you know, we were talking about responsibility and with being an adult at times we must question whether or not our inability to accomplish something, you know, start something or finish something has anything to do with character rather than circumstance. I mean what keeps you from getting it done? What keeps you from saying yes to the opportunity? What keeps you from following through? Well in life, we all have circumstances and I get it, you know, circumstances like I didn't have enough time or the kids had a game or my spouse needed me or lack of money or educations, bills, blah blah blah yada, yada, yada, I totally get that, believe me, I too have life circumstances happening daily. However, I am a firm believer that if your character can overcome your circumstance, there's not one goal that's unachievable. I mean hey push through the circumstance by improving your character. Now I know you're saying to yourself, I have a wonderful set of skills that can take me to so many great levels but try finessing that amazing skill set with an improved character. I can almost guarantee you that that smile on your face, the courtesy for others, the respect for time, the willingness to be teachable and the desire to see others prosper as you prosper along with an attitude of gratitude can and will take you to places that you could not even imagine. Listen, take responsibility for your life, hold yourself accountable and get around people places and things that can help you propel to the next level in your life. Now is the time. Don't waste it. Real growth comes when you take the responsibility to first check yourself, check your habits, check your actions, check your mindset, check the things that you say and check the company that you keep. This has been the conversation piece and I am t Michelle Dixon until next week. Family. I love you. Mhm. Yeah.
