My L. Card 311 has revolutionized how city government and the citizens of Elkhart interact. It is the fastest and easiest way to connect with the city of Elkhart via an app or webpage. Myo cart 311 allows citizens to report issues within the city limits. Citizens can use my own cart 311 to submit a request for city services. First download the free app to become a registered user. Once downloaded, click the orange button to begin your request. After the location has been entered, the user can choose from a number of categories. Myocardial 311 is utilized as a resource to share information via post notifications and links. We also share the same information on the Myocardial 311 web page via the city's website.
