This shelf mounted picking and packing station is modular and can be used to pick from both sides of an ill. The arm can extend in both directions, thus allowing it to reach into parallel shelves. Now imagine the same system used for automated refilling. The modular picking and packing station can easily be transformed into a refilling station. Now you can finally use the height in your warehouse with fully automated picking, packing and refilling. Picking and packing can be performed in one aisle, wilds refilling in another, or the system can be used for refilling from one side and picking from the other for low frequency items. We're picking and refilling takes place from the same side. The picking and packing station can automatically transform itself to a refilling station. Sophisticated computer vision is used for quality assurance of all packed items. For more challenging distribution boxes and items, we have a solution. Now imagine a box that can be opened with the vacuum system and easily handled by the picking and refilling system. Now you can pick and pack items even if they come in distribution boxes that do not fit for the automated picking station. The system can remove boxes that have items that have fallen and cannot be picked. Now, finally, you have a fully automated warehouse.
