Chicago might be the most down to earth. Big city in America has got all the cultural attractions you could ever want, from award winning restaurants to eye popping architecture and world class theater. It's also home to the world's greatest hot dogs. And if you ask any Chicagoan there, Justus, important as all the rest eggs Benedict might be the perfect food. Hot buttered English muffins, Canadian bacon and a poached egg topped off with heavenly hollandaise. Somebody pinch me. So how do you make this brunch favorite?
