As an area business manager at Green Light Planet, you serve as a change agent to the communities you work with and your daily work forms an integral part of our organization's mission. As you successfully lead Sun King agents to power off grid homes. Your work will help green light place customers first. Your leadership will enable financial and social impact on underserved communities and allow us to innovatively continue to meet the needs of off grid and under electrified homes. As you journey through your 1st 90 days, you will find that the A BM role is critical to supporting several key aspects of green lights. Business first, as a business leader, you will be encouraged to think about leading beyond sales and collections. We ask that you think as a leader when it comes to recruiting agents, training, inventory management and creating positive customer experience. Second, in building diverse inclusive teams, as you support teams of agents in your A HQ, we ask that you actively work towards building a collaborative, committed and inclusive environment. Third in managing risk, you will begin to explore the ins and outs of risk management across sales collections and distribution. This will include exploring stock reconciliation, ensuring customer payments, ethical business practices throughout the sales life cycle including at point of sale and working with customer contracts. Fourth in managing productivity, you will learn how to leverage new technology through the use of mobile apps to process sales and collections, track important data and enable cross functional communication. Fifth to lead like a coach. As an A BM, you will also learn to develop a coaching mindset in your interactions with the agents you work with. As you help them reflect on their performance, their earning potential and their professional development and growth. You will lead table meetings for your agents and help improve their capabilities across product knowledge, business process and important behavioral skills. As you begin to explore your role, you will find lots of opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Some of the new experiences you encounter may even invite you to challenge your potential and we encourage you to seize these opportunities to grow both personally and professionally at green light, we prioritize continuous growth and support all green lighters to explore their individual capacities.
