bad habits are hard to break. I remember a hot psychology professor I had in college talking about how, even in the worst of circumstances we are who we are, and we are conditioned product of where we came from. We get into comfort zones with our dark demons to break free of that evil place, one would think would feel good, right? Wrong. It's not easy. In fact, it sucks. Why? Because, as this hot professor explained, humans don't like to be uncomfortable. It's uncomfortable to face our demons head on because it requires work. This is why we seek out things that make us feel good things to distract us from our problems. Things that release the pressure, such as concerts, sporting events, exciting vacations, Spall, retreats, a little drink now and again. Maybe another drink now and then, and maybe a toker to her 10. Perhaps you enjoy sweeping your problems under the rug because it's easier than cleaning up your life stir. So if one day you decide it's time to sweep up that life start, it's going to be a ***** to clean. You're going to feel uncomfortable because as dirty and smelly as those years of life. Start is you are used to it. And the worst part of it all is you are in charge of it. You are responsible for it. It's your mess. And if you commit to finally dealing with it well, my friend, you've got to do the work.
