Cathy sets the bar high for other Voice Over talent. In our world, customer service is the big difference. Having the right voice and ability is, unfortunately, only 25% of the job. These days, the industry is saturated with people that can bend, twist and manipulate their voice into whatever we need. So what's left? Cathy never let an email or phone call go longer than 30 minutes before responding. She was courteous and attentive to the needs of the project.
