With a background in broadcasting, my voice has been described in a number of ways - down-to-earth, confident and sincere are just a few. It's a stylish, educated and natural British voice - and it's certainly versatile: recent jobs have included a commercial using a Cockney accent, a podcast intro, an e-learning module, a training video and reading extracts from Conde Nast Traveler magazine for a new mobile phone app. I am also a regular presenter on AgeUK's The Wireless radio station. All of which means that my voice works well in many settings, from commercials and promos to training, e-learning and IVRs. Not to mention radio, documentaries, videos and audiobooks! I hope you like what you hear on my voice reel. If you do, and you believe it could work for you, get in touch.

My recent voice over work includes an animated internet commercial aimed at the catering trade for Milfresh, a milk-based product from Aimia Foods Ltd. I provide the Cockney voice of a cow, supposedly inside a vending machine. The audio for this commercial can be heard on my voices.com voice reel and it can be viewed on my website, (Website hidden).
I have also provided the voice for the introduction to a regular podcast by San Diego-based film makers, Groovy Like A Movie and regularly read articles from Conde Nast Traveler magazine for Kaliki, the new mobile phone app, both of which can be heard on my voices.com voice reel. Most recently I voiced an UK e-learning module produced by an Australian company.
I also produce a regular podcast for my film review blog, The Coops Review, available on (Website hidden), and am a regular presenter on AgeUK's The Wireless internet radio station. My show is broadcast every Saturday and Sunday evening from 9 pm - midnight.

"Out of the auditions I received, Freda really appealed to me with her beautiful style and unique way of speaking. It was a professional voiceover with a professional transaction that followed. Great work and great to work with!"Paul Maccarone Design
"Freda was a joy to work with. The project required a fast turnaround and Freda was helpful from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future." Martin PorterSMR Creative
"We were looking for a friendly, professional, wordly voice to promote our stock footage website. After listening to 50+ auditions, Freda was the clear choice. Even though she's half way across the world, she turned around polished copy in less than 48 hours. A real pleasure to work with." Brent Altomare, Executive ProducerGroovy Like A Movie
"Kaliki is the Audio Newsstand, and we partner with major publications to create audio versions of their print and online content. We chose Freda to be one of the voices for Conde Nast Traveler because of her ability to perform a flawless execution of the script while adding the tone and inflection exactly where the original author intended, which is a delicate balance.BT-Software (Kaliki mobile phone app)
"Although Conde Nast Traveler is an english publication, it can be a challenge to read due to the fact that a lot of foreign and exotic names and places are mentioned in every article. Freda however, handles these pronunciations with ease, and has proven to be able to deliver top quality voice overs consistently." Bruce Hopkins
"We highly recommend Freda for voice over work. We needed a warm and friendly voice for one of our UK based e-learning projects and required a very fast turn-around. Freda has been great to work with and was very accommodating." Anouk Janssens-BevernageDynamind e-Learning
"Freda has taken to radio like the proverbial duck to water! On air she is natural, assured, informative and amusing. Her knowledge of the music she is asked to play is good and she communicates the important messages we need to broadcast with style and confidence."
