About Cory Saddler

Overview

I have a natural talent for voicework. My natural voice is often compared to Seth MacFarlane, however I have a fairly wide range. I speak clearly with excellent annunciation, and I can do quite a few impersonations from a veritable cornucopia of genres including characters from Dragon Ball Z, the immortal Movie Preview Voice (his Majesty Don LaFontaine), the Cave of Wonders from Aladdin (no editing, straight into the mic), Impersonations include Golum/Smeagle, Stitch, Sean Connery (both the Bond and SNL Celebrity Jeopardy), 1930's boxing announcer, characters from the YouTube videos produced by Team Four Star Dragon Ball Z Abridged such as Nappa, Lord Guru, Krillin, Vegeta, , JigSaw, Dos Equis \"Most Interesting Man,\" Bane (Dark Knight Rises), The Joker (The Dark Knight), Cell (Dragon Ball Z, all 3 forms), Deckard Cain (Diablo franchise), Stumpy (Walter Brennan-Rio Bravo), Neil (Family Guy), Brian (Family Guy), Zap Brannigan (Futurama).

Service Description

This is a passion for me. I truly enjoy voice work, so Im happy to take a gander at whatever script someone may think I am suited for. In terms of professional work, the vast majority of what I have done have been advertising.

Experience

I have been performing serious and light hear-ted advertisements since 2012 on radio. My family owns a small business, and I have become responsible for writing and voicing all of our radio spots. I have had the pleasure of performing several odd jobs for radio stations in Alaska and Florida.

Education

I have had virtually no formal training in voice overs, however my Army job requires professional-grade public speaking abilities. It has all been on-the-job training thus far, combined with the training (specifically briefing and speaking skills) I received from the Army.
The majority of my voices come from a passion for imitating voices and too much spare time and a dash of nerd.
