About Robert Taylor
Overview
I began getting involved with recording and audio engineering back in 2008. Most of my work from then until about 2012 was editing soundtracks for local films. In early 2013, I got involved with Youtube and streaming services that got me more engaged in equipment. In mid 2015, I was approached to voice a character in an indie animation, which opened the doors up from there. The animation was never released, but it got me investigating the career of voice-over. Since then, I've been trained by multiple coaches and worked in many small projects. I had intended to keep focused on commercial VO, but lately have found a home doing audiobooks. My tone initially when I started was very bright, and young. Now, it's settled into a more deeper tone that I personally enjoy a lot more, since I no longer sound as if I'm 15. Always a plus to me!

Robert Taylor gave more than his voice to my books. He gave his heart. He makes the reader feel. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I would hire him again.
