Rachael Wax began acting at the age of 5. Yes. Five.
After 8 years of working in the business, she attended La Guardia H.S. of Performing Arts in New York City. Also known as the "Fame" school.
She then received her BA at Fredonia State University, majoring in Radio and Television Production.
During her Freshman year in college, she was hired to host her first professional radio show on 96.5 WCQA FM. She then took an opportunity to study abroad at Oxford University. After graduating, she went on to Host multiple talk radio shows, from local FM to national syndication. In 2001, she saw the direction of the radio industry, and decided to change things up.
While she continued doing Improv and Stand-up comedy, that doesn't pay the bills. What's like improv comedy? The news business... of course.
So, she joined CNN, where she spent 10 years as a Senior Editor/Producer. In 2011, she saw the direction the news business was heading, and decided to change things up again.
Launching her own production company, she has spent the past 8 years as an Editor, Producer and Voice Over Talent for television sizzles and commercials.
Using her voice is her passion. Hire her to be your voice of reason. You won't regret it.
