In the business that you're in, I'm sure you've heard thousands upon thousands of baritone voices. For some reason I've been (and GOD BLESS THEM ALL) , but repeatedly, and repeatedly, for years and years told my voice is deep but almost melodic and a smooth at the same time. Even a representative for Such A Voice training and talent agency, recorded, analyzed and commented the same thing. I've processed this voice most of my life. So of course, I don't hear it.

I am fairly new to the voiceover career circuit, but for years i've inherited this unique deep voice. Unfortunately for many years, I've done absolutely nothing with it, until about ten years ago. I've done one Toyota commercial, with ABC talent agency, In downtown San Francisco, on the corner of Geary and O'Farrell Street. I was young and inexperienced. Was not fully pronouncing words, and Read off paper, instead of playing the part. After that I narrated for a couple of low budget films for schools and small venues. I put my pursuit for a voiceover career and became became a working Joe. Now I have a wife and daughter showing up for work with the same job schedule I've had for over 2 years. I recently was approached for a favor to do a radio commercial for a rising company called METOVA Int. It was for a podcast station called, slacker radio. With some training under my belt, and a couple of humbling learning experiences, I was more comfortable in the booth as well as very particular, taking probably more takes then was actually needed. It was fun and rekindled that voiceover bug once again. I sincerely hope my METOVA Commercial copy suffices for now. I really want this to happen.
At this moment...... none.
Like I previously said, Now I do things so much different from my earlier beginning stages. although I know I haven't received half the tutoring I know I need . My preparation as well as my persistency to get the voice , pronunciation and timing correct and on cue, is what I feel makes for a successful project and happy client. I play my part, as opposed to reciting a script. Hey, one thing's for sure. whether the project interest you or not, you will stop whatever you were doing, and with a either a surprised or confused look on your face, try figure out where the heck that voice was coming from. Whether it's the project or the messenger's tone, they will be at attention

Still trying to recollect my old email address that had that SUCH A VOICE agents email which had her take bon my voiceover read through assignment, which by the way, was this outstanding review on my reading, voice and commitment to my character.
