Alicia Kowalski

I have a lower female tone. I was an alto in choir, along with drama in high school. As a shy young adult, I learned to communicate working in hospitality. I obtained an AA in Fine Arts in my 20's. After my kids were older, I went back to work in my home office. I worked CS and Direct Sales call center style. We worked by script and trained our voices. I had great clients such as Disney World, Carnival Cruise Lines, T-Mobile USA, Interval International and Egencia Corporate Travel. During this time, I became certified in Performance and Quality Assurance Facilitation. I enjoy coaching others to succeed in the field.
