I have a soothing, articulate quality to my voice. I took voice-over classes from "voicecoaches" in Albany, New York several years ago and was given very positive feedback from the administrative staff, who urged me to pursue opportunities in the area. However, I had to move back to Arizona shortly thereafter, so was not able to continue pursuing voice-over opportunities with their help. I have held customer service positions for nearly 20 years, where I have handled high-volume phone calls, which have afforded me the opportunity to perfect my voice tone to where I am continually getting feedback from customers that I have a very pleasant and soothing voice. I have also held the position of Collections Representative for several companies and have been highly effective, in large part, because of my voice tone. I believe I have a quality in my voice that can help "sell" a product. I was given 10-out-of-10 scores survey scores while working collections for a major international bank's private label credit card division. I was the one calling people to ask them to pay on past due accounts that were in collections. Not only was I able to collect past due funds from them, but they took the time to rate me and consistently rated me with the highest available ranking. I am excited at the possibility that I may be able to use my voice quality to help your company and your customers.I have taken French and Spanish language classes, and feel confident that I could also speak these languages, to some degree, with authentic quality.
