I feel that my voice, vocabulary and delivery are well-suited to voice work involving clear and empathetic communication, whether this is narrative, instructional or informational. However, I am not reluctant to undertake any role, from hysterical to near-catatonic, or from silly to somber. BIO/WORK: Worked for many years in semi-technical lab, in which productivity and quality of final product was objectively measurable, which was a very positive aspect of an otherwise unremarkable job. Eventually, journeyman skills were replaced by computerized technology, and I went into computers, working actual technical support for computer manufacturers. This job devolved into more general phone support, for Microsoft, Unisys, Department of Defense, various ISPs and eventually eBay. (During this period, I frequently heard "You should be in radio!" from clients).Have also written ad copy for internet clients, tech writing for s/w companies, copy editing for websites (Cloud Systems, Wells Fargo). PERSONAL: Married to the same woman for many years, 3 children, all of whom are doing well. For amusement, I play guitar, golf, and basketball (with modest success), hike the nearby mountains, garden and read. Less enjoyably, I follow politics, changes in popular culture and keep those darn kids off my lawn!
