I'm Helen. I'm an actor, singer, artist, writer, accordionist, puppeteer, and avid food creator/consumer.

Here's a little about me:

-NYC based actor, writer, and artist.

- B.A. in English and Theatre from Muhlenberg College.

-I've been acting ever since I was cast as Lucy in my kindergarten play, “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown.”

-I play the accordion, sing, and write my own music.

-I write plays, poetry, stories, and light extemporanea.

--Nominated for a Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship.

-I believe deeply in "negative capability" and empathy.
