Stephen Browning

Stephen (Steve) Browning has been know for many years as "The Voice of the Stars" due to his more than 14 years as Master of Ceremonies for Roy Clark and Mel Tillis at their popular Branson, MO theaters. During that time he worked with and introduced such stars as Andy Williams, Ray Stevens, Tammy Wynette, Conway Twitty, Smothers Brothers, Ray Price, Chet Atkins, Loretta Lynn and many more. Originally on an Opera Scholarship at BYU, he as many credits in Opera, Musical Comedy and other theater. His character voices range from Tevye in "Fiddler on the Roof" to Sancho Panza in "Man of La Mancha" to Hillbilly to an English Aristocrat. Steve has also worked in the broadcast industry for many years. He is able to quickly adapt to a variety of characters and situations and always delivers a believable performance whichever style is needed from friendly to authoritative to goofy to concerned to helpful.
