I can change my voice to suit a character easily and smoothly. i can do everything in drama/fiction from squeaky, little utterances to great throat-rippers, and I can do non-fiction with completely technical and scientific voice-overs for trade magazines, publications, podcasts, and news/entertainment shows.

Have done readings in my local community. Worked as a professional proofreader. Familiar with classical works such as Shakespeare and biblical texts. Do well with pronouncing difficult words smoothly. Really enjoy reading for kids and young adults, such as the Harry Potter books series (where I am very good at doing each specific characters such as Dumbledore, Hagrid, Snape and Voldemort). Can also do non-fiction, even technical reports for companies well.
I hold degrees in Humanities from Florida State University, Electronics Engineering, and am a graduate student in Psychology at the University of the Rockies. While these are not industry related, they have given me an ease with a variety of subjects in the art and sciences that many readers do not possess. I do plan to join different trade organizations, if I become established in this field. This is the first time that I have considered going professional. Hopefully, I'll be able to add other projects and experience soon.
I have a mellow, easy to receive voice for the general public and one that is clear and easy to understand for science and communication fields. My voice allows people to completely assimilate any information that I impart, like a sponge soaking up water. This keeps people from "zoning out," even when I read technical information, which can be boring and later forgotten.
