Customer didn't pay amount agreed to and understated the amount of copy by minutes. Amount was renegotiated, and agreed to, and full payment never happened. The script changed about 4 times, and was re-read each time. Script was way long ( 9 mins), and pay was way little ( about 2 mins worth). Hours of time went into the project and the final fee was about a fifth of what it should have been after all the re-reads, script changes and the length.
