I've enjoyed working with Duke Energy in the past. It pains me to say that this was a bad experience. I felt like I was taken advantage of. It felt like a real bait and switch. The contract was for a 300 word job, when the meeting was scheduled it was about 4 times the size. I didn't want to stop the meeting and wanted to give the best service possible. It was a choice, I could have gone through voices and refused to record. But, I didn't. I did the best job possible and uploaded the files. I asked for some sort of compensation or at least an explanation. No response. Asked a few days later. No Response. Told them I would just request release as they were avoiding me. They released payment. Terribly sad.
