Joel Gaslin Media is my own company. I am Medical Device Industry executive and I use this blog for different things. I am starting a Podcast called, "Cognfied Marketing and Selling Podcast."

Cognify is the moment before a thought occurs, sort of the "Aha" moment or the moment before an idea is planted. In essence, a good place to be if you're a seller or marketer working to influence. This is, in full transparency, a made-up word and I haven't fuly fleshed-out where this is all going to lead.

My intent with the Podcast is to interview real doctors, sales reps and marketers who are doing innovative work and succeeding. My career in the Med Device business, Ophthalmology specifically, spans 26 years and I have many people to talk to, stories to share and things to rant about...
