About Us

With connectivity now at their fingertips, consumers expect more than just access to information — they expect the right information, at the right time, in the right place. In turn, enterprises require digital channels that deliver personalized experiences to drive engagement and increase revenue. However, putting this digital strategy into action poses challenges that make it difficult to get off the ground, and to maintain.

For most enterprises today, generating a 360 view of each and every customer means overhauling legacy systems and consolidating disparate sources of data. Marketing teams are dependent on development teams not only to make this happen, but also to publish and personalize the digital content they create. This back and forth is time consuming and costly.

Our mission is to solve the eternal marketing problem of delivering the right experience, to the right customer, at the right time, in the right place. Flybits was founded in 2013 by Dr. Hossein Rahnama, inspired by his PhD work on contextual awareness and ubiquitous computing. Today, Flybits is a passionate and innovative team with offices in Palo Alto, London, and Toronto.
