About Us

Insight represents a nonprofit organization, Horizon (www.empowertheorphaned.org). Horizon is based in the US but works globally to radically transform the level of care for orphaned children. Horizon empowers orphaned children to self-sustainability through its innovative Micro Community model. The organization's flagship Micro Community is located in Kitale, Kenya -- and recently opened it's 2nd in Bondo, Kenya.
