I uploaded a file for Gary on 4/23/09. He requested an edit to the voice so I redid the recording on 4/24/09 with four versions of the voice recording for him to choose what he liked the best. He got back to me with feedback on 4/27/09 at night which also was the deadline of the project stating "I like the 4th version the best". I then received a mediation request from him which he later claimed was an accident. I did not think that it was coincidental that a mediation request was submitted after he already approved the file. This piece also required music so I added music on 4/29/09. Once the final voice track was approved, it took him until 5/7/09 to pay me. The full commercial paid $100 with music for a 30 second commercial. The finished project is available for you to listen to under my demos and is labeled as "Sandstone Digital".
I feel he was trying to take advantage of my work by approving the project and then immediately submitting a mediation request. I wasn't paid until finally submitting an Abuse Report. It seemed like he was trying to get the work done for free.
