About Us

Over twenty years ago, TeamBonding started with a simple question: how can we facilitate true, authentic bonds between members of corporate teams? We’ve all been to those corporate events where we’re all meant to be a team but everything seems forced and awkward. There was a lot of sighing, eye rolling, and plain old resistance to the idea of working together.

At TeamBonding we’re different; we took our cue from children and play: through playing together children learn, grow, and form bonds that are authentic and profound. We understand that when bonds run deep, teams are more collaborative and more caring of each other, which makes them more effective and productive.
