Description

This is my interpretation of a speech made by René Viviani, the French Prime Minister in 1914.

Here, Viviani called French women to work in the fields and in the factories after men were gone to fight the Germans. As the territory and the army needed to be provided with food and other supplies and as millions of men were called to arms, women had to replace them for agricultural or industrial work.
