Welcome to this guided meditation. Please find yourself a quiet place to sit on. Dim the lights, place your feet against the floor, your hands on your lap. We'll find a position that you find most comfortable now. Close your eyes and start to relax. At first, start to bring your attention to your breath. Become aware of its natural rhythm. If your thoughts start to wonder, just let your mind acknowledge their thoughts and then bring your attention but to your prayer. As you sit there, start to become aware of your body. Starting at the feet begin to become aware ofthe yl the sensations that you can feel. Peel the fabric against your feet and, as you start to become aware of, these sensations, starts to move up through your body onto your knees. If your mind has wondered, just acknowledge that thought and bring your attention back to the body. And she said that now start to bring your attention to your belly. Yeah, and then let that attention move over to your hands. Feel the touch of your fingertips and then let that awareness travel up your body and into your shoulders and chest, feeling the inhale of your breath and then the exhale. Now bring your attention into the sensations of your head, the taste of your mouth, the touch of your lips, and start to bring your attention to the sounds that you can hear. You can remain in this relaxed state of meditation for as long as you like, but if you would like to finish this meditation, you may do so at any time when you already simply open your eyes and please give yourself a few minutes to adjust before getting up.
