shoptalk four meet up is an entirely new way for everyone in the retail and e commerce industry to connect with each other. It takes place online over three half days, the 19th to the 21st of October from four PM to 6:45 p.m. Bst. We timed it this way so you can spend about three hours on meet up and have the rest of your day free for other work. More than 3500 people, including more than 1200 retailers and brands from over 2000 organisations, will be participating. Here's what you'll be doing during meet up. First, you'll join lots of meetings. All meetings are 15 minutes long and they're all double opt in. That means everyone has agreed to meet each other, and there's a short break between each meeting. On average, participants at Shoptalk four meet up meet about 12 others, but it could be as high as 24 if you're very interested in meeting someone and they are very interested in meeting you. But we weren't able to arrange a meeting because of timing and schedules. Then we'll follow up after meet up with up to eight email introductions. Here's the other thing you'll be doing at shoptalk four. Meet up. You can join our expert and moderator led table talks. Table talks. A 55 minute peer group conversations with 5 to 8 people where you get to discuss many of today's most important topics and get actionable takeaways. Many table talks are led by recognised retail and e commerce experts at Shoptalk Fall meet up. We want everyone to focus on doing three months worth of meetings. In just three days, he'll be making connections, asking questions, getting answers and sharing your experiences. No sitting back and staring at a screen here.
