imagine you were lying in the sand on a warm, sunny beach. You can hear the ocean waves as they roll in down below. Listen to the waves softly fall against the shore. You can hear the water bubbling and rushing back down the beach each time as the wave recedes, feel the warm core sand on your calves in the bottom of your arms, feel the sand, stuffed your fingers and palms, feel the sun on your face and the tops of your legs and arms. Now we'll begin breathing deeply while you imagine yourself lying on this speech, we're going to breathe from your diaphragm for this exercise. Each time you breathe in, focus on allowing your stomach to expand down and outwards like an expanding balloon. Taking a slow deep breath. Remember to allow your stomach to expand as you breathe with your diaphragm. Now hold that breath in your stomach now slowly release the breath. Now taking another slow breath.
