There are nearly five million Children under five years old suffering from malnutrition in Latin America. As the leading brand of one of the most nutritious foods Quaker decided to help not with an advertising campaign but with a cookie leveraging all of its expertise in nutrition quicker developed a specialized product that is reaching notes and other essential vitamins. Mhm. In order to make the problem more visible to people, we created an animation based on ethnic and cultural references in which the Children finally found themselves represented in the story of a typical local girl and the challenges of malnutrition. A different kind of fairy tale where the protagonist is for to climb stairs her entire life. Today the program that started in Guatemala has made its way to Mexico, helping more than 10,000 Children with four cookies a day. It is scheduled to expand to Brazil and Chile in the next few years, reaching 50 million people by 2031 step at a time. And it all started with a delicious oatmeal cookie. Yeah.
