Welcome friends to the journey. It's great to see so many new faces. I know some of us have been going through a lot trouble at work, family, driving you crazy. It's all right. You're in a safe space now. So as you may have heard, this is not your average anger management yoga resort and day spa. Believe me, I've had some anger problems on my own. In the past, though, my methods may be unorthodox. I can assure you they get results. I've been helping people with their anger issues for many years now, but I must say, ladies, some of your evaluation scores are completely off the charts. Trust exercises and meditation won't do. We're going to need to resort to more extreme measures.
