For the last 5 years I've been working hard in the corporate world doing things the safe way. Because of covid I was let go and thankfully so! I've really had an amazing opportunity to explore my creative side, finding things I truly enjoy. In relation to voice acting, and this may sound silly, but I love watching the post episode clips where the voice actors go into details about their characters and their work. And yes, I also attempt to do the voices of their characters. At an older job of mine I produced Auto Attendent recordings for many companies. Though I found many aspects of that job to be mundane that part I did not! Me and the other recorder from our eastern team even had a competition for a large customer; of which I won. Yes, auto attendents in comparison to actual voice acting are.. colorless. However, I really got into that part of my job and never found myself in a state other than with pep to my step. I enjoyed how I could make myself sound like anything.
