That information will become very important for adjustments to your diet and lifestyle. By the way, I'm 67 and I knew I had to make changes after triple bypass surgery at 65. It took months of implementing what I share in this book, but I literally felt like I not only had a new body. I felt like I did. When I was in my thirties, I lost £25 gained muscle and felt stronger than I felt in 25 years granted. Getting my main artery cleaned was a key to feeling better, but losing the weight and getting back muscle and cardio health would not have happened without practicing what I share in this book. My blood pressure dropped to normal. My heart rate went back down to my athletic rate. Of course. I've got to give the cardiologist who did the surgery on me credit for a triple bypass that was done with the hands of a master and a truly professional staff.
