When you receive an email from Jump Cloud requesting you change your password, it is important that you do not ignore it. Missing the deadline for the reset will result in being locked out of not only your email account your computer as well. There have been instances where we have had to completely restore computers back to factory settings because the user accounts have been disabled due to the jump cloud accounts getting locked. This results in the loss of all files and data not backed up to the cloud
