I have used my voice for 20+ years in the customer service field. I worked as a 911 dispatcher for 9 years. I used my calming voice to help people who started off screaming and able to bring that person down to my calm level. I have also worked in cyber security and used my voice to reassure and calm people who have just been victims of identity theft. My whole life, people have told me I have a beautiful, unique voice, even by people I have helped through out my career. I can also bring emotions into my voice when warranted.
