Description

Local Artist Spotlight is an ongoing series featuring 3 minute exposes about up and coming St. Louis Bands. The content alternates between audio of the band being interviewed, the music they have created, and a narrative created and voiced by me that ties it all together. I was responsible for all production, including recording interview footage, editing, copy, and the voice of the narrator.

Something Thing is the second album from indie rock Soldiers Bone the Locomotive, a concentrated dose of bittersweet euphoria that easily grips your emotional core and doesn't let go with Bobo Loski on vocals and guitar. Jordan How on Guitar and de Arado on base. James Cain on keyboards and Stephen Colbert on drums Bone the locomotive where their hearts on their sleeves for everyone to see. Limited Resource is at home the way Bone the locomotive did on their first album, on my way, but singer and guitarist Sobolewski preferred to record. It's all down here from here in a studio environment on My Way, which came out in 2011 which I recorded at home on a bunch of borrowed equipment, made the most of what I could with that equipment. I didn't want to do that again. Some of our friends had just recorded an album. That native sound sounded great. We had kind of similar thinking. Is the engineer there? And I think he just likes to work with what sounds good for the moment. That's kind of what I like. Teoh. It's if you'd like more information about Bone Locomotive, you can find them on Facebook or Twitter, or you can check them out on their website at Bo and the locomotive dot com.
