I invite you to take a deep breath, and when you're comfortable, begin to close your eyes. I wonder if you would take a moment to imagine yourself being more calm, peaceful and focused and as you allow your unconscious mind to naturally conjure an image of what that would feel like. Consider what you might be seeing, hearing and what you might be feeling that shows you are more calm, peaceful and focused. And perhaps you are already feeling more calm, peaceful, focused. I'd like you to pause. Take a deep breath in place your feet flat on the floor. Really feel your feet in contact with the ground underneath you. Now Place your hands on your stomach and take 2 to 3 deep breaths, noticing your stomach rising and falling with each in and out breath. And when you feel comfortable, close your eyes so I'd like you to start by focusing on your toes, scrunch them up and then release. Now relax your ankles, calf muscles, knees and my muscles. Remember, let any thoughts you may have flowed up and away from you in an air bubble. Now relax your buttocks pelvic area and begin to notice any tension you may have in your back. I am always highly motivated. I will achieve success. I am always driven to achieve my plans. I have a high level of natural motivation. I approach my entire life with passion and drive. I am enthusiastic about everything. I try and make the most of any situation.
