and you deserve that. And I want that for you as well. And that is the main reason that many of us got into the business of being an entrepreneur or being a real estate investor or striving to want to create rivers of income in your life. And I've found that two very important tools for me in order to do that have been automation and outsourcing. Now, let's put a few definitions on some of these terms that I'm throwing out their first off rivers of income. You know, maybe it's another word for multiple streams of income that you might have heard. Or, you know, multiple streams of anything that create a constant passive income source. For some of the things that you might do in your entrepreneurial pursuits, you may be doing something that allows you to have a passive income. In some cases, thes rivers of income may require some sweat equity upfront, some hard work to get them rolling, and then eventually you can start to see these things become more profitable, and these could be a variety of sources of income. Whether you are trying to be or currently already are a real estate investor, and you have five or six different streams of income just from real estate investing. Whether that was wholesaling profits, short sale profits, lease option profits, land contracts. Maybe you're in the business of buying and selling real estate notes. Maybe you have other strategies of maybe being a landlord is a big, passive income source for you. There's five or six right there, and then on top of that, once you become an expert in your field, some of you may take the extra step of becoming an info preneurs somebody that sells information on the topics of real estate. And there's ah many different ways that you can create rivers of income through that as well, whether that's creating a list marketing to that list.
