Hi and welcome to Trinet where People Matter. My name is Trish and I'm a sales consultant within the technology vertical, which is one of our most profitable here at Trinet People Matter is more than just a slogan. We care deeply about social issues and the struggles our smb client face. Have you heard of trying at People Force? It's our marquee annual Thought Leadership event where we get influential cultural business and sports icons to come and speak about topics around building smb resiliency. It's our biggest event of the year and we talk about it all year round. When we look at the market, who do we see a lot of AD P? We come across them quite a lot and just love it when we win against them. We use our vertical sales and support focus to customize our message and tell prospects that our tech is exactly what they need for their industry. And that because we focus on industry verticals, we truly understand how to handle their needs. We also emphasize the point that AD P is a large payroll company trying to become an expert in the pe O industry. Guess what? We are experts in PE O because that is our main focus. It is our specialty. We use our PE PM pricing as a clear differentiator, touting how transparent our pricing is. And talk a lot about our mobile app analytics and all the benefit carriers and plans. We have endless choice for the customer. We talk about how simple it is to go through our evaluation process, not like ad P who ask for more documents and information than you can imagine just to get a quote for their services who has time for that when it comes to service, we used to receive great feedback from clients who loved our dedicated service model and speedy response times. But ever since we rolled out connect 3 60 our call center model, some clients haven't been as happy. Connect 3 60 moved clients with less than 50 employees who had been provided with a dedicated named HRB P and Payroll specialist to a general help desk call center model. Even though these types of clients don't receive dedicated support anymore and instead gain access to a pool service model. Clients can still always reach us via email chat and phone up until our acquisition of benefits in December of 2021. It was all pe O or nothing with us. Ad P. On the other hand, has so many offerings that sometimes I feel they offer the client everything that they need. On the other hand, we try to say we do too, but it may take a while for clients to believe us. It's the same with our medical benefits. We don't really have strategic level conversations with clients like ad P does. Ours is a laundry list. We believe the more options we offer the better for the client. Even though they sometimes complain about the confusion, it causes them and their employees our analytics. Well, although it's great, it does not include benchmarking. I recently heard ad P saying they have the largest AC M data set and we hate it when they talk about the digital hr storefront to connect best fit solutions to the AD P platform market place. While the pe O industry is heating up and competition is becoming more active. We'll continue to focus on our clients employees because at the end of the day, people matter.
