Hello, My name is George Gently. There's a giant wave of change underway right now that will propel some credit unions forward and leave other credit unions behind. A rapidly growing percentage of current credit union members and a giant majority of prospective future members would prefer to do their financial business on their smartphone. The smartphone is the next big wave in loans and financial services, experts predicted by 2016 financial consumers will visit their branch 12 times a month and their smartphone 20 to 30 times a month. The percentage of loan liner dot com loan applications made on a mobile device has increased 400% since July of 2011 and currently accounts for over 1/3 of all applications.
