We are experiencing increased anxiety and fear of an uncertain future, but we aren't talking about it, leading to feelings of isolation and loneliness. The future depends on us prioritizing our physical and mental well being. We can't begin to fix this problem if we aren't willing to talk about it. Issues of mental health are often stigmatized and many of us remain silent about our own personal struggles, stories and lived experiences. But you're not alone. We're inviting young people to share their stories of climate struggle and resilience together. We can reduce the stigma of climate, anxiety and trauma by uplifting our stories across social media because talking about our mental health and well being allows us to start prioritizing it.
