The owners of this company speak with an Indian (Asian) accent. One of the owners conveyed to me he desired to have a clearer voice for his callers to hear when he was not in the office At the time, I was working as a Community Manager at an office business center wherein I acted as a receptionist (among other roles) answering incoming clients' calls. Upon hearing my voice over-the-phone and in person over a period of time, the owner approached me again and asked me to record his outgoing voice mail greeting. He shared with me that my voice is "...very pleasant, professional...clear and courteous...".

At the time, I was working as a Community Manager at an office business center wherein I acted as a receptionist (among other roles) answering incoming clients' calls. After having numerous conversations with the business owner both in person and over the phone, she asked me if I would record her outgoing voicemail greeting. She told her clients asked, "Who is that on your voicemail? She sounds so nice and professional...". Now a friend and former client, she introduces me as "The Voice" when I join in on conference calls! :). Just today, Wednesday, 1/11/17, I received a text message asking me to record a jingle for her. I sent her sample recordings that I set up, and she responded "...Perfect!! Love it!!!! I need to promote your voice for commercials and jingles for small businesses...".

A customer service rep(CSR) from another center contacted me with a request from her center. The contact person for the company asked the CSR to record an outgoing voicemail greeting for his company. The CSR declined the request, and recommended the contact for the company call me, suggesting to him that I was the "perfect person" to make the recording. After I spoke with the gentleman, he said I'd "...be perfect...". I recorded the greeting, and he loved it. He call me back subsequently to ask me to record his personal voicemail greeting!
