Texas is so big, we've got parks as big as other states. Seriously, just look a Big Bend National Park, located in the southwest corner of the state, Big Ben is roughly the size of Rhode Island, and there's a whole lot to see from the Chisos Mountains to the Chihuahuan Desert and, of course, the Rio Grande. On the one hand, life on an oil rig is pretty sweet. All your meals air covered. You've got a decent place to sleep, plus TV movies and yet even fishing when you aren't working. But on the other hand, every day is full of danger. You're surrounded by heavy machinery out on the open water or wind and rain can strike at any moment, not to mention your drilling for oil, the most flammable liquid on Earth. Anybody can cook ribs, but if you really want to barbecue, you've got to make a rough First. Let's talk ingredients. You need brown sugar, plus quarter cups of paprika, garlic, black pepper, cumin and mustard powder. On for a little heat, you need some chipotle and cayenne pepper. Now we're barbecuing. In 1953 Clint Eastwood was discharged from the army, so he came back to California, where he got a job pumping gas. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do with his life. And then one day, an opportunity. Bold Rider, literally a talent scout, stopped in for gas and noticed Eastwood's tall frame and piercing eyes. He got a screen test, and the rest is history.
