Lange's new 2025 Strategic Plan, weaving a shared future, builds on that mission with an ambitious plan to strengthen the college's culture, programming, community connections, sustainability and indigenisation all to support student success. We will build an equitable, diverse, inclusive and resilient community of engage students and employees, well supported for growth, change and success. Students will be at the center of all our decisions and practices. A spirit of continuous improvement will ensure the high quality of our academic and continuing studies. Programming programs will provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to contribute to our economy and community. Indigenous ways of knowing will be woven into our programs. Our new academic plan provides direction for further academic innovation. Are deep and reciprocal relationships with myriad communities and governments will strengthen our ability to provide outstanding learning experiences for our students. Langella will be a modern and sustainable organization. With the high quality learning spaces are students need and deserve. We will continue to have a strong financial position and will be an efficiently run environmentally responsible organization, which facilitates the delivery of high quality programs and services to students.
