Small creeks snake down from natural springs and runoff into its dark depths. Kids on the move was founded in 1986 by two mothers of Children with Down syndrome. They envisioned an organization that would encourage parents to have high expectations for their Children. Jodi Montagne was one of the early borrowers. In December of 1980 she first learned of this new organization that would give loans even to a poor woman such as her.
