I have wasted significant mental energy and time beating myself up for not being thin or pretty enough. And aging is just icing on the cake. I tried not to let on to my girls, but even small Children know their mother so intimately and I'm sorry to say that my negative self talk absolutely bled through. I can at least respect transparency on procedures. People have done. I've dabbled in fillers and Botox, but I have friends who claim they would never do such things because they don't want a frozen face and once you do it, you have to keep it up. No, you don't. These same people have no problem spending a fortune getting their hair colored every six weeks, which I don't do Botox is cheaper and a lot less upkeep than hair color and I can still furrow my brow at people when the need arises. You wear your face every day. Just do what you want to do, admit it and don't judge. I absolutely wish I could forgive myself for not looking 25 and wait like, but I can't it's too ingrained at least Catherine is completely honest. And for the record, I think her nose is lovely. It's just that when they're babies you can't tell and I wasn't sure what she was going to inherit in that department
