Welcome to this five minute meditation. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to join me and yourself aware from destruction away from worry, aware from stress. Find your comfort, relax your shoulders. You can be lying sitting or standing, join me and slowing down your breath, breathe in and breathe out, breathe in and breathe out, breathe in and breathe out, breathe in and breathe out. Enjoy the sensation of relaxing into this meditation. Feel your feet, feel your curves, feel your legs feel a wave of relaxation washing through your body, carrying with it any stress, any tension, any worries carrying them away to leave your true self. one way to help yourself to be released from stress is to repeat positive affirmations calmly and quietly.
