find a comfortable place to sit or lay down and close your eyes. Begin by noticing your current breathing. Is it shallow? Is it fast or slow? Simply observe each breath going in and out. It's okay if your mind wanders. Two different thoughts. Let the thoughts disappear in the distance and focus your attention back on your breathing. Appreciate the oxygen, which is giving new life to your cells and slow down your breathing. Breathe in through your nose, slowly making it last for five seconds. Hold your breath for five seconds. Slowly breathe out for five seconds. As we are approaching the end of this exercise, empty your mind of any thoughts and take a moment to really connect with the present moment.
