About Michael James Turner

I started acting from the age of 6 in school play roles. After my parents spotted my talent in acting - especially in doing character voices - they 've sent me to Helen O'Gradey's Drama Academy in Birmingham. I was learning there from the age of 10 to 16. Acting and confidence wise Helen O'Gradey was the best anyone could ask for, especially learning how to control your tone of voice and body language.
After learning the acting and voicing side, I set my sight on behind the camera and spent the next 4 years in studying media moving images at Bromsgrove and Redditch north east Worcestershire college. I was fortunate enough to have small roles as extras on satellite channels including having a short film shown in House of Parliament.
Fast forward to the age of 34 (which I am now) I have chosen to continue my love of English to the beautiful country of Hungary where I have set up a small language school (Budapest Britain English).

One of my specialities is radio commercials and children's books. But I also have an all-around capability in character voices as well. This comes from my love and passion for films which I have studied for 4 years.
I also capable to lend my voice to films, commercials, audio books and animations.
Because of my very neutral British accent I was able to obtain student from very high profile jobs ranging from politicians, opera singers and ministry officers and DJ's in Hungary.
