About Nikki Maxwell

I have worked in the audio arena my entire career. First in various call centers where my conversations with customers couldn't veer far off the scripted info I was given, while still making customers feel like they were having a normal conversation.
Then I worked in various elementary schools where my voice was used for overhead speaker announcements and phone tree recordings in Spanish and English that are still used.
I am currently working as a triage and advice Nurse by phone with scripts.
